We invite Team Lead to join our team.
What you'll need to do:
• Lead a cross-functional development team.
• Integration with 3rd party team systems and external customers.
• Supporting and developing the product, meeting business needs.
• Technical leadership, technical debt management, strategic development of product functionality.
• Planning, controlling and coordinating team performance.
• Motivation and development of staff.
What experience, knowledge and qualities are required:
• High degree of autonomy, responsibility and experience in a Team Lead role of 2 years or more.
• Experience in commercial development on .NET C# platform from 5 years.
• Proactivity, willingness to make decisions and take responsibility for results.
• A systematic approach to resolving issues and problems that arise.
• Experience with Agile Scrum
• Task decomposition skills
• Ability to plan and estimate development tasks and manage deadlines and customer expectations
• Communication skills to communicate effectively with the team and other stakeholders
• Ability to build a cohesive team that can effectively collaborate and solve problems together with a focus on results
• Experience in microservice architecture development.
• Adherence to software development best practices.
• Experience working with MySQL, MongoDB, Redis.
• Experience with RabbitMQ.
• Understanding of DI lifecycles, HTTP requests, experience with TPL.
• Experience with AWS/Kubernetes.
• Experience in developing infrastructure solutions, knowledge of DevOps tools and methodologies.
